Spinal Cord Injury
According to the National Spinal Cord Injury Association,
about 30 new spinal cord injuries occur each day. Most of
these injuries happen in car crashes, sports accidents, falls
and industrial mishaps. Men under age 30 are the majority
of spinal cord injury victims.
Spinal cord injuries have sudden impact – physically
and emotionally. We have helped a number of clients and their
families through the difficult adjustment of rehabilitation
and recover. The legal system can be a tool for gaining fair
compensation for spinal cord injury patients. We pledge to
do all we can to help them return to a full, rewarding life.
Examples of our firm’s spinal cord injury cases:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Molitor v. Doe
$1.6 million settlement, plus personal contribution
Plaintiff’s counsel: Paul L. Stritmatter
Dan Molitor was a young, good looking, professional golfer
with a very bright future who was involved in an automobile
crash that left him permanently paralyzed. Paul and the legal
team presented a case that maximized the insurance recovery
available. The settlement also includes the potential for
further recoveries in the future.

Denny v. Houghton Distributing
$1.25 million settlement
Plaintiff’s counsel: Paul L. Stritmatter
This settlement will help with the care needs of our client,
who was paralyzed in an auto collision after a mini-mart sold
beer to minors.
