Keith Kessler Inducted Into Invitation-Only American College of Trial Lawyers
Personal injury attorney recognized for ethics and professionalism

Hoquiam, Wash. – Notable trial work in the Northwest has earned attorney Keith Kessler national recognition. Kessler was inducted into the invitation-only American College of Trial Lawyers at the group’s annual meeting Oct. 23 in St. Louis, Mo. Membership in the College is selected from the top 1 percent of trial attorneys across the country.

Kessler is a personal injury plaintiff attorney with Stritmatter Kessler Whelan Withey Coluccio. A fervent advocate for injured people, Kessler has built a career helping clients in cases that involve brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and amputation injuries. He also has extensive experience with aircraft crashes and highw
ay design cases. Over the years, Kessler has won several record verdicts and settlements. One highway design case stands as the largest verdict ever in Thurston County and is among the top five wrongful death verdicts in Washington state history.

Founded in 1950, the American College of Trial Lawyers is considered to be the premier professional organization of plaintiff and defense trial lawyers in the country. Attorneys are selected for their exceptional skills, ethical conduct, professionalism and civility.

Kessler is a frequent seminar presenter for local, national and international audiences. He has held leadership roles with many legal organizations, including president of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.

Kessler has been honored as Outstanding Plaintiff Trial Lawyer by the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers, and as Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of the invitation-only American Board of Trial Advocates and the Damage Attorneys Round Table.

A graduate of the University of Washington, Kessler works from his firm’s Hoquiam office. Firm partner Paul L. Stritmatter also is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.
